Campers
Campers you are in for a great time this summer. Here's a few things you need to know:
What to Pack:
- Casual clothes (4 days), modest shorts and shirts (clothes will get dirty and wet, so please pack play clothes, not your nice stuff. You'll also want to pack some warmer clothes for the evening)
- Tennis shoes
- Water shoes for the lake
- Swimsuit (one-piece only, no tankinis or bikinis)
- Light jacket
- Hat or visor
- Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, shampoo, 2 bath towels, soap and wash cloths)
- Sunscreen
- Hairbrush or comb
- Laundry bag for dirty clothes
- Disposable camera with name on it (optional)
- Bible
- Flashlight
- Spending money (no more than $20)
- Sleeping bag
- Pillow
- *Please clearly mark all items (includig clothes) with camper's first and last name.
Camp Rules:
- Be respectful and courteous to counselors and other campers
- Be respectful of campgrounds and the campground staff
- Stay with the group at all times
- Always notify your counselor as to where you are going
- No wandering off by yourself at any time
- No one is allowed to leave their rooms after lights out
- No alcohol, tobacco or firearms
- No ipods, mp3 players, personal gaming systems such as Nintendo DS or cell phone etc.. or listening devices of any type.
- No swearing
- No fighting will be tolerated
- All services are mandatory
- Rooms are to be cleaned from 7:00am to 7:30am. They will be inspected from 9:00am to 9:30am. They will be judged for cleanliness and extra points will be given for creative room displays.
